Goalie coaching from Finland with North American experience
Training Option 1:
PREMIUM 6-12 MONTH MENTORING PROGRAM
Intro:
If your goal to play pro or you are you a professional goalie who wants to be the best in the league, this program is for you.
Application process:
This is not for total beginners or beer league goalies. Minimum age / level is U12 and there is application process to get accepted into the program. The first step is that you’ll send me an email to goalieforce@gmail.com and let me that you are interested in this training option.
Package includes:
10 days of private training with me in Finland during the summer.
Unlimited video analysis. We will go over the feedback together and I will also send you an analysis which you can go over on your own.
Daily and weekly communication and regular online meetings.
Custom off-ice program and nutrition program made by me together with some of the leading trainers in Finland. You will get a full team working with you.
Full laboratory testing and assessment package to determine your VO2 max, jump power, etc. This and off-ice analysis will be the base for your off-ice training and nutrition program.
BONUS 1:
- Besides our own 10-day camp you will have free access to all of my camps during the summer and also additional scoring sessions with pro/NHL players (Value: 5000-10 000€ if paid separate).

- Free access to all of my private video tutorials.
BONUS 3:
- During the summer I will invite other highest-level pro coaches to work with us to make sure we are turning all the stones (Value: 5000€)

Training Option 2:
ONLINE COACHING
Intro:
This is as close as it gets to in-person training without me actually being there. Online coaching includes everything you will need from unlimited video analysis to a goalie-specific training program.
Who is this for:
Most of the goalies who take this package have their own local goalie coach/coaches but they want to make sure they are not missing anything. Typically we do 3-6 months in-season online coaching and then continue with a custom off-ice training program for the summer. Many goalies also come to my camps if they live in Europe.
Results you can expect:
Online coaching has produced great results even at pro level. Goalies have won Championships, been selected to All-Stars tournaments and national teams, and have even received college scholarships.

Unlimited on and off-ice video analysis (ideally upload videos to youtube or send me via whatsapp)
Custom goalie specific off-ice training program to supplement team training
Communication via WhatsApp and emails

Training Options 3:
VIDEO ANALYSIS
Intro:
Sometimes especially pro goalies just want a quick video analysis for a second opinion because they already have high level goalie coaches, personal trainers and everything else set up. This is also a good way to test what online coaching is like.
Who is this for:
Goalies who want quick tips on how to improve their game immediately and what they can do better from a technical and positional standpoint.
What you’ll get:
I will send you screenshots and film myself talking and showing how to do things better and explain different options.

Training Options 4:
CUSTOM OFF-ICE TRAINING PROGRAM
Intro:
“Goalies are made on the ice, athletes off the ice.” I have seen clear correlation between off-ice test results and the level you’ll play at. The easiest way to separate yourself from the competition is to become faster, stronger and more flexible. Especially if you want to play on a higher level and your goal is to be a pro I can’t put enough emphasis how important it is that you are physically already at the next level because otherwise you can’t keep up with the higher speed.
Who is this for:
This package is for goalies who want to become pro and for pros want to play on higher level. Sometimes beer league goalies who want to feel and peform better get this package too.

What kind of results can you expect:
Within 2-4 weeks you will feel the difference and see the weights clearly going up. During summer typical rest results after 12-16 weeks is 10-30% improvement on big lifts and 5-15% on jump distance.

Training Option 5:
PRIVATE TRAINING IN ESPOO, FINLAND OR YOUR LOCATION
Intro:
You can rent the ice, get shooters and hire me to coach or you can come to my private sessions in Espoo, Finland.
To the private sessions I take maximum of 4 goalies. Typically we will focus on two or three main things in each session. What makes my training different is the details and sometimes I use very unique drills to fix errors. I believe that in emotionally safe environment you can try new things without worrying how it looks.
Who is this for:
I take goalies from all levels and ages but most of the goalies I work with want to play pro or they are already professionals.
Price:
Private training in Espoo: 300€ / 1h ice
Group training in Espoo (maximum of 4 goalies on the ice): 150€ / 1h ice
Custom training at your location: 150-300€ + travel expenses

Training Options 6:
GOALIE CAMPS
Intro:
I take maximum of 4 goalies to my camps at one time because that way I can ensure the quality and focus on you. In Finland my shooters are the highest level U18-pro guys. Sometimes we have even NHL players shooting and I can say that my camps may have the best shooters in the world. For goalies this is great because good shooters force you to fix mistakes because they expose your flaws. When you get scored many times in a row at the same spot it forces the change and adaption. This will exponentially increase rate of your improvement and when you back to your normal training the phase will be much slower.
Locations:
I have camps a year around in Espoo, Finland
If you get the ice and shooters I can travel to your location. 1-2x / year I travel to Sweden, North America or Southern Europe when local parent(s) organize the ice time and shooters. Email me to ask for the details.
Who is this for:
Most of the goalies who come to my camps are U14-U20 guys whose goal is to play pro. The youngest ones I have taken to my camps are U10 goalies who play with U12 teams. Pro guys usually want to do private training but during summer they visit my camps too.
